hi there,i got an oracle database.i want to create a flat file with the data in oracle tables and use that flat file for my informix and sql server databases.

Use different functions & procedures of UTL_FILE package that comes in built in with Oracle if you want to do the same (creating a flat file) from Oracle.

Use Sqlplus spool to dump the data to ascii text files.
