I'm having trouble using 'sys as sysdba' as a commandline parameter in 'exp' in Oracle 9i. I tried following the syntax, but it doesn't work. For e.g, I want to do the following in commandline mode. Could you please give me the entire commandline (tested and working) for the following:

$exp

Export: Release 9.2.0.4.0 - Production on Fri Dec 19 11:13:46 2003

Copyright (c) 1982, 2002, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Username: sys as sysdba
Password:

Export done in WE8ISO8859P1 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
server uses WE8MSWIN1252 character set (possible charset conversion)

About to export the entire database ...

. exporting user definitions
. exporting roles
. exporting resource costs
. exporting rollback segment definitions
. exporting database links
. exporting sequence numbers
. exporting directory aliases
. exporting context namespaces
. exporting foreign function library names
. exporting PUBLIC type synonyms
