I installed Oracle 8i personal edition for win98 on win98 Arabic 2nd edition, my problem is when i work in SQL*plus i get all the feedback and messages in Arabic, How can i change this to be in English.

I suggest you install that versoin of oracle, and goto oracle's website and install an english version.

while installing oracle u set your default language. u will get rid of the problem but still u continue to use all arabic support options of oracle

check the registory editor for oracle
change the NLS_LANG from which is written to
ENGLISH

or any english language name
